Join the Blooming Wildflower Bus Tours, visiting two reserves on two different days. Participants will enjoy a guided wander through bushland and discover amazing wildflowers, with a botanist on hand to identify species and answer questions.
A picnic lunch is provided, and any allergies or dietary requirements should be advised in advance.
The meeting point is the Boyup Brook Visitor Centre, corner of Abel and Bridge Streets. Parking is available in Forrest Street or behind the Medical Centre.
The wildflower tours involve walking through natural bushland areas where the ground may be rough and uneven. Participants are encouraged to wear suitable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent, and to carry personal drinking water. Photography is encouraged, while leaving the bushland as it is found.
