Patisserie Meets Passel Estate

We invite you to indulge in decadent high tea treats crafted by MasterChef Pâtissier, Romain Lassiaille of Maison Lassiaille paired to perfection with our award-winning wines.

Dress in elegant garden party attire and explore our spring grounds with a progressive wine tasting at different picturesque locations around Passel Estate.

Roam at your own pace or let Passel Estate owners, Barry and Wendy Stimpson, lead the way to a soundtrack of live, classical music. Please remember to bring appropriate footwear for the vineyard and trails.

Your ticket includes a welcome glass of Passel Estate Sauvignon Blanc, a progressive tasting through six wines including our rare and refined Lot 71 Reserve wines and a museum Chardonnay paired with a selection of sweet and savoury pastries from Maison Lassiaille.
