Be prepared for an immersive audio-visual performance as Tony Lane leads a creative team for this brave new work.
10 new songs. 10 new works of visual art. The whole will be greater!
Tony Lane is an esteemed local musician and songwriter and has crafted 10 new songs exploring themes of drought, community, marriage, dancing, the environment and tall tales. He will tell stories of how the songs came about, including the creative methods involved and the emotional journey of his 10 weeks of writing.
The songs will be brought to life by a new band of amazing musicians able to meet the demands of the multiple genres and textures of the music, from folk ballads to disco beats, grunge rock to reggae.
