Montys Leap Winery
We’re pretty chilled at Monty’s Leap. Relax, taste our wines and the enjoy the views. Stop, breathe and remind yourself that the best things in life are wine, food, family and friends.

Welcome to Monty’s Leap.

In a small piece of paradise under the wing of the powerful Southern Ocean, nature has conspired to wrap a precious north-facing parcel of rich rare red earth with the warming waters of the ancient Kalgan River.

Since 1831, generations of farming families have been quick to see the amazing potential in the upper reaches of the Kalgan.

New custodians Michelle Gray and Phil Shilcock are understandably excited about combining forces with one of Australia’s foremost winemakers, Rob Diletti and experienced viticulturist Ray Williams to bring you some very fresh and special wines from the deep south of the Great Southern.
