New Farm, New Country Festival

This October, a fresh new music experience will come alive on WA’s south coast with the debut of New Farm, New Country. Running from 17–19 October 2025, the festival takes place at the stunning New Farm Campground, perfectly situated between Denmark and Walpole on 62 acres of pristine bushland.

Over three laid-back days, music lovers can immerse themselves in an unforgettable lineup of alt-country and folk sounds, featuring a mix of international artists, east coast favourites, and local talent from Perth, the South West, and the Great Southern.

Headline acts include Swimming Bell (USA)—making their first-ever Australian appearance with their dreamy psych-folk sound—alongside David M. Western, Charlotte Le Lievre, Emily Barker, The Wilds, The Nomadics, Lemon Myrtle, RACOO, Tammy London, Stack of Bibles, Anna Schneider, and Polly Medlen, with even more artists to be announced.

Beyond the music, the festival celebrates place, community, and culture, with deep ties to the region through local suppliers, staging, and hospitality partners. With iconic natural attractions like Greens Pool and Valley of the Giants just a stone’s throw away, this is the perfect weekend to combine live music with a true Great Southern escape.
