Undalup Bunuru Festival

The Undalup Association’s Bunuru Festival is back, celebrating Wadandi culture, live music, and the arts in Cowaramup on 22 February from 12pm. This free, family-friendly, smoke and vape-free event brings together Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians to honour the rich cultural heritage and pristine environment of Wadandi Boodja.

Enjoy an exciting line-up of entertainment, including live performances from Maatakitj, Boox Kid, Lexyanna, and Stella Moon, along with a Noongar language lesson hosted by MC Ingrid Cummings and a didgeridoo and dance performance by Corroboree for Life. Other activities include:

  • Welcome to Country and First Nations entertainment
  • Community mandala, basket weaving, and craft workshops
  • Elder’s Hangout and storytelling sessions
  • Food trucks and market stalls
  • Free shuttle bus between Margaret River and Cowaramup

Proudly supported by Healthway, Lotterywest, the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association, and generous community partners.

Come along to share stories, learn new skills, and connect at this vibrant cultural celebration.
