The Albany Pride Festival is one of Western Australia’s biggest regional Pride events, uniting the Queer and Allied community of Albany/Kinjarling and beyond. Held over the last two weekends of February each year, it’s a time for celebration, visibility, and connection. A cornerstone of Albany’s tourist calendar, the festival showcases the region’s inclusivity and diversity. Following the 2024 theme “We are Family,” this year’s theme, “CommUNITY,” emphasises unity and collective resilience in the face of challenges.
