Boyup Brook Visitor Centre
Nestled on the banks of the Blackwood River, Boyup Brook is a friendly country town with a creative heart, known for its vibrant arts scene, unique collections, and country music festival.

Housed in the town’s original 1910 Agricultural Hall, the Boyup Brook Visitor Centre is more than just an information stop, it’s a small museum in its own right. Step inside to discover a charming gallery featuring a rotating display of paintings, sculptures, and handcrafted pieces by local artists, each reflecting the spirit and creativity of the region.

The Centre is also home to a fascinating collection of beetles and butterflies, recognised by the WA Museum, alongside the whimsical Kradals Doll Collection, both celebrating Boyup Brook’s love for quirky and curious collections. This unique offering has earned the Centre a place on the WA Museum’s WAnderland website and in the recently published book Small Museum by Simone Rosenbauer.

Outside, be sure to admire The Ploughman sculpture by Sandy Chambers, one of several captivating ‘hologram’ artworks you’ll find throughout the town.
