Walpole Rest Point Caravan Park is a unique and picturesque waterfront location, located in the heart of the Walpole wilderness, on the banks of the Walpole and Nornalup Inlet Marine Park.

Walpole Rest Point Caravan Park is 4kms west of Walpole and surrounded by the Walpole-Nornalup National Park. Nestled on the Walpole-Nornalup inlet with its own private jetty and heritage-listed gazebo, as well as a boat launch, this is the perfect place to enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or canoeing. The Walpole Country Club is right next door for golf enthusiasts.

The park offers everything from caravan and camping facilities, to fully self-contained cabins and units. Two well-maintained ablution blocks are at your disposal, along with a fully equipped campers’ kitchen and laundry. It is also pet-friendly on sites all year-round.

The accommodation ranges from two and three-bedroom cabins to one, two or three-bedroom units or freestanding accommodation, all with breathtaking views of the inlet. Powered camping sites are also perfect for campers or caravanning enthusiasts.

Roofed Accommodation

All Rest Point Caravan Park accommodation is fully self-contained and includes flat screen TVs, DVD players, full kitchen, and bathroom facilities. The two and three bedroom cabins also come with reverse cycle air conditioning.

Level grassed sites are available for caravan and camping enthusiasts. All sites are powered and are pet-friendly all year round.

Attractions & Things To Do 

Speak to the friendly tourist park staff to organise a local Walpole tour – exploring the local waters or venturing through the forest ‘Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk’. You will also be perfectly situated to visit some of Walpole’s famous vineyards and breweries.

Walpole is also home to some of Western Australia’s most spectacular national parks including Mt Frankland National Park and Nornalup National Park. Organise a group walking trail with the family or cram into a 4WD and try one of the local 4WD trails.
