The kitchen serves a seasonal, produce-led menu guided by what’s growing in the garden and available from local producers. Chef Brendan Pratt brings influences from his international culinary experience to the kitchen, creating generous, ingredient-led dishes designed for sharing over a bottle of wine. The wine list centres on Wayfinder wines grown and made on the property, alongside a considered selection from producers across Australia and Europe. Cocktails and local beer are also available.
