The Great Southern’s wildest food festival is back in 2027 – with a new March date.

Time to wander with the wild.

Western Australia’s wildest culinary festival Taste Great Southern will return to Western Australia’s Great Southern region from Thursday 4 March to Sunday 7 March 2027, inviting visitors to discover one of Australia’s most exciting food, wine and tourism destinations through an extended weekend of unforgettable culinary experiences. 

Set against the region’s breathtaking coastlines, forests and rolling vineyards, it is an experience that cannot be missed. Whether you’re up for a Denmark degustation, or a hike to the heavens in the Porongurup National Park, accompanied by the most amazing pairing plates.

The 2027 program is set to be announced November 6, so stay tuned.
