While Par 3 was officially established in 2021, the golf course has been in old Broadwater Farm for around 80+ years. Nestled amongst natural bushland, it’s home to many native animals, such as Kangaroos, Kookaburras, and Black Cockatoos, which you will be bound to encounter during your short walk. Whether you’re an avid golfer or looking for a leisurely stroll while you wack a few balls, our par 3 course is the perfect combination to test any keen golfer’s skill while providing that laidback, relaxed golfing experience.

Mini Golf
Renowned for its world-class 18-hole mini golf course, the Par 3 offers a golfing experience like no other. Handcrafted, this uniquely built course weaves in, over, and around the natural landscapes and skill-testing obstacles, including two waterfalls and a small river. With two skill levels, challenging and outrageous, this mini golf course provides even the biggest of kids’ hours of fun. With seating and tables placed around the course in various locations, putters are encouraged to take their time to relax, sip a beverage and enjoy the scenery.

Bar & Cafe
As a licensed venue with an onsite bar and cafe, you can elevate your golfing experience with a nice cold beer or wine as you leisurely make your way around any of the courses. With plenty of outdoor seating in the Beer Garden and Picnic Area, you can grab a delicious taco and other marvellous snacks from the NEW Taqueria (Taco Kitchen), bar & cafe and treat yourself to some locally produced Margaret River Roast Co. Coffee. The venue is dog-friendly, so you do not need to leave your fluffy family members home; bring them along for a fun day!

Nature Play Treehouse
The word on the street from the locals is it’s the best playground in town! The nature play tree house was handcrafted by the owners. With their kids and their childhood memories at heart, the ultimate nature play tree house was built. With two slip-and-slides, unique climbing challenges, a secret tunnel, a cubby house, and lots more, your children will be entertained for hours while you enjoy that cup of coffee or a well-deserved glass of wine.
