South West House is a new hotel and gathering place in the heart of Dunsborough, designed for travellers looking to experience the Margaret River Region from a central base. Opening in summer 2026, the property features 54 guest rooms, studios and suites alongside dining, wellness and event spaces.
Designed by Studio Derickx, the hotel takes inspiration from the South West’s coastline and natural environment, with light-filled interiors and a central courtyard connecting communal spaces. Dining is led by chef Aaron Carr, with a focus on producers, growers, fishers and winemakers from the region, while wellness experiences are curated by Heartwood.
From here, guests can discover nearby beaches, coastal walks, wineries and cellar doors, or settle in for a relaxed stay centred around food and wellness. It suits weekend escapes, food and wine getaways and travellers seeking a contemporary stay in Dunsborough.
