This summer, Australia’s South West invites you to discover ‘Your Dream Summer. Down South’ and share it to win some dreamy prizes.

From 5 January to 28 February 2026, visitors can take part in our eight-week competition, celebrating the region’s sun-soaked adventures, hidden gems, and golden moments. Those who enter also get to see their content live on our homepage! 

Each week introduces a new themed ‘passport stamp’, encouraging you to explore the South West and capture your own version of the week’s challenge.

Entering is simple: post a photo or video on Instagram that matches the weekly theme, tag @australias_southwest, and use #YourDreamSummerDownSouth. Then the public vote for a winner! There’s plenty of prizes on offer, including Wildlife Park adventures, close encounters with raptors, luxurious stays, and even a helicopter ride for two.
