Sanctuary Train is a unique railway carriage-themed tiny home. Experience a memorable self-contained stay on a 68-hectare farm and forest property. Everything you need to be warm and comfortable is here – kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, lounge, bbq, north-facing deck. 

Enjoy expansive natural surroundings right at your doorstep for a truly peaceful retreat. Relax on our private jetty on the Frankland River. 

Watch the stars from bed through our stargazing window and enjoy our private jetty on the Frankland River.

A tranquil stay for nature loving solo travellers or couples. Not suitable for infants or children.

3.00 pm check in 10.00 am check out Early check in and or late check out may be available. Please ask and we will accommodate if possible.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 50% payment is required at the time of booking, the remainder is payable 7 days prior to check in. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. All cancellations must be in writing. No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival or unused nights due to flight and/or weather disruption. We recommend guests take out COVID and travel insurance to ensure they are covered in all situations.
