Since 2004, GWM IRONMAN Western Australia has been a bucket-list race for athletes all over the world. Taking place in the idyllic seaside town of Busselton – the gateway to the famous Western Australia wine region of Margaret River – ‘Busso’ is renowned for being the place to go for a personal best with one of the flattest and fastest on the global circuit.

Get there by car
Busselton is just a 2.5 hour drive south of Perth (approximately 220km). Travel by car is recommended and car hire is available from Perth.
Get there by bus
An alternative option is to catch a public bus from East Perth to Busselton. Visit www.transwa.wa.gov.au or call 1300 662 205 for more information and bookings.
Shuttle bus service
There will be no organised shuttle bus service this year.
Race Day Parking
Parking near Signal Park will be available on side streets in Busselton – please be aware of parking signs and road closures.
Please do not park on the event course or your vehicle will be at risk of being towed.
Additional parking will also be made available at Barnard Park off Marine Terrace during the event period.
