MINI GOLF
Opened in August 2022, Yallingup Maze is home to an award-winning mini golf course, receiving runner up for Best Recreational Facility in the 2023 LIAWA (Landscaping Industry Awards of Western Australia). The course has been professionally designed around a central water feature with six cascading waterfalls and landscaped gardens. Each green has a harder and easier hole. Floating balls and nets to retrieve them are all part of the adventure. The course is designed for the adults with the kids in mind.

Entering into the house from the substantial decking overlooking the dam you are greeted by the main living area and fully equipped kitchen. The 8 seater dining room table is perfect for you to sit around and enjoy the evening meal whilst discussing the day’s events. Alternatively, take advantage of the stunning views and dine alfresco!
The master bedroom complete with impressive en-suite is just off from the main living area and has views that will ease you into the day. The second bedroom is complete with Queen bed and sliding doors leading outside. Relax in one of the 2 lounge rooms and watch a movie on the Smart TV fully integrated with Netflix. Both rooms will have you feeling snug in the Winter and cool in the Summer with reverse cycle air con units. The second lounge is a great kids retreat and is just off from the third and final bedroom which has 2x sets of bunk beds, ideal for the kids to rest after a hard day of exploring the local area and of the course, the Yallingup Maze! Also boasting this side of the house is a table tennis table ready for someone to be crowned the family champion! Perhaps you may want to escape and enjoy some quiet time in the snug reading room in the middle of the house instead.
This property is a superb location for families and friends alike who want to experience the true ‘Down South Experience’. Walk just the few steps to The Yallingup Maze and enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee or even a nice beverage from the local wineries/ breweries. They have puzzles on the Cafe tables to keep the kids entertained and you can even purchase your own to take away as a reminder of your holiday!
