Completed to the highest standard in 2024, the primary level features an expansive chef’s kitchen, dining room, and lounging space, all designed to make the most of the impressive view and northern aspect. Stepping outside to the sunlit balcony, your front-row seat to Albany’s magnificent sunrises, this large outdoor area is perfect for entertaining or quiet reflection. Inside again, the spacious king-size master suite, and three guest bedrooms sharing a beautifully appointed main bathroom with standalone bathtub make The View a haven for family holidays.
