Our office is open Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is 3pm and Check-out time is 10am, we do try to accomadate early check-in / late check-out, although in peak periods this can be difficult.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another property. Consideration may be given to transfer a cancelled booking to an alternative date if written notification is received no less than 28 days in advance of the holiday. Transfers are subject to availability and a transfer fee of $50. The guest is liable for payment of the full rental if a booking is cancelled less than 28 days in advance of the holiday whether or not occupation of the holiday house occurs.
