Nougat + Wine Matching includes grazing board Self guided tasting of 5 wines & 5 nougats matched by our team. Finished with a grazing board of sweet treats and savory delights 2. Nougat Chocolate Fondue Take a seat overlooking the lake with a warm bowl of chocolate. A choice of differnt items to dip into the chocoalte, including nougat, marshmallows and strawberries 3. Toasty Tastings by the Fire Wine tasting by the fire while the damper is cooking. Damper & dips with a glass of wine. Finish the tour by toasting nougat on the fire and sipping on hot chocolate/coffee with a splash of nougaretto liqueur. Only available during winter months.
