Reception open daily from 8am until 5pm

Check In / Check Out

If guests arrive to check in after 5.00pm please advise via telephone or email and we can arrange for a self check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking will need to be received by Eight Willows Retreat fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date (based on a 2.00pm check-in). Any cancellation received after this period will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation or one night’s accommodation (based on whichever amount is greater) plus the total value of any additional extras ordered. A reservation date can be changed up to seven (7) days prior to the arrival date (based on a 2.00pm check-in), rates are subject to change with the reservation move. If reservation is moved outside of Fourteen (14) days reservation will become a non-refundable reservation once changed. Any refunds will be paid to the guest’s nominated credit card provided when making the reservation or by EFT transfer to a nominated bank account. Bookings made by any person under the age of 18 are not permitted and will be cancelled.
